“The belly rules the mind” in Omerta’s Argentinian cuisine!
Its menu is inspired by Asado, the Argentinian ritual of barbeque that is naturally a part of their daily routine.

Various parts and cuts of meat like asado de tira ribs, vacio beef flank steak, as well as sausages and grilled provoleta cheese, are served as portions and in sandwiches in the streets of Argentina, coupled with aromatic and spicy sauces.

These tastes and culture is what Omerta will be bringing to Athens Street Food Festival, presenting meat cooked facing burning wood, fried Empanadas and the famous Churros dipped in Dulce de Leche!
