Ortsag at Athens Street Food Festival! With its pioneering concept, curated by the aclaimed chef Alexandros Tsiotinis (Michelin star), alongside Christos Rigas and Kostas Mparoutis, it promises to take the gastronomic experience to the next level.

In contrast to traditional street food options, it questions the standards and advocates sustainability. We will taste this at ASFF through two signature dishes, Smashed Burger Black Angus with fried egg mayo and chicken Burger with corn flakes and spicy rocket mayo, coupled by an exclusive dessert based on the root to leaf logic that defines it as Ortsag (“Gastro” spelled backwards).
