Lafiotakis farm breeds and preserves an ancient breed, the certified Greek black pig, at an altitude of 750m, near lake Trichonida. With “juicier” fat than the average pork, a tasty advantage with “good” fats, like a-linoleic acid.

This is the exquisite meat featured at the menu of Piggy Blinders, in dishes originating from latin America, China, Bangladesh, Kasmir and Lapland!

Pancetta and sausage in sweet and sour compositions, spices and sauces typical of each cuisine, exotic chutneys but also meatballs with mango and saffron, are just a few of the unique tastes that will be presented exclusively to the audience of Athens Street Food Festival!
