AFROARAB FLAVORS

WHAT’S ON THE MENU
JOLLOF RICE WITH CHICKEN:
The smoky experience you won’t forget!
One of the most popular dishes in West Africa, especially in Nigeria—and for good reason! It’s rice cooked in a rich tomato sauce with bold spices, delivering a distinctive smoky flavour that stands out from the very first bite. It comes with a chicken leg and a spicy red sauce for those who dare. You can also pair it with Akara for a vegan option. If you’re after something different, bold and full of character, Jollof Rice is a 100% must-try!
CHICKEN SHAWARMA WRAP WITH FRIED POTATOES:
Middle Eastern street food you’ll be instantly hooked on!
A chicken shawarma wrap that has it all: juicy chicken marinated in bold, aromatic Middle Eastern spices, sautéed with peppers and onions, with a mayonnaise-mustard sauce, all wrapped in soft Arabic flatbread that keeps all the flavour inside. Every bite is packed with intensity, aroma and an authentic Arab street vibe, and served with crispy chips it becomes an unforgettable, indulgent and satisfying combo. It’s a wrap you’ll find in most Arab neighbourhoods! Vegans can also enjoy it with Akara.
AKARA DISH – VEGAN:
The plant-based falafel of West Africa
Akara is the ultimate vegan street treat with an authentic Nigerian character. These are fluffy fried balls made from black-eyed beans and aromatic spices, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with chips and tahini sauce that perfectly ties all the flavours together. It’s light yet super satisfying, full of intensity and plant-powered energy!
COCONUT MOCKTAILS:
The freshest tropical experience!
Enjoy the ultimate summer experience served inside a fresh coconut, filled with refreshing, exotic flavours that transport you straight to an island. Choose between coconut milk with pineapple and ginger for a zesty twist, coconut milk with mango for a sweet and smooth treat, or coconut milk with guava for a more distinctive, fruity vibe. Super refreshing and naturally delicious!
PLANTAIN
The sweet-and-savoury street classic of West Africa!
Plantain belongs to the banana family and is one of the most beloved everyday ingredients in West Africa. When fried, it develops an irresistibly delicious sweet-and-savoury flavour, with a crispy outer layer and a soft, juicy interior.
